The Hope Mission Board met on October 29, and passed a motion to proceed in continuing the dialogue with the vision for Red Deer. The time-frame for any eventual construction is still very much yet to be determined, as Hope Mission is currently engaged in a significant project with the Herb Jamieson Centre in Edmonton. In addition, we still have significant work to do to develop a design, budget, and time-line that both parties and the City of Red Deer approve. We hope to begin the next phase of those discussions in the next few weeks. Please continue to pray for this proposed partnership as we work through next steps.
