The IN Team brings together people currently involved or interested in various ministries or programs - formal, informal, regular, or sporadic - focused on connecting or caring for one another within Unity Baptist Church. As an advisory team, this group discusses, debriefs and assesses the current or proposed IN team programs and provides support and feedback to the ministry leaders for these areas (but doesn't get to dictate the 'what' or 'how'). Scope for conversation may include: congregational care needs (delivering meals, baby showers, bereavement support), Sunday potlucks/lunches, church-wide social events, facility clean-up and work parties, seasonal decorating.
